Nice but not the best area
The hotel itself is situated in the city center and easily reachable. As a female solo traveller I did not feel safe in the area and would choose a different location next time. The staff however was very nice and helped me with everything I needed.

The restaurant staff are poorly trained and not attentive at all and service is poor The breakfast is not great and what is on offer are not quality options and service is almost non existent There so also a lack of consistency on what one can get daily for breakfast

The room was very spacious and had all the amenities. Breakfast was good with a buffet selection available. The hotel was very clean and perfect . However the location is not the best if traveling with female companions.

Very Good
The room was big, clean and the bed very confortable. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was really good and international. Recommended if you have a conference in the CTICC, 5 min walk.
The main door of the hotel is on a little pedestrian square, the taxi could leave only to the back door of the hotel where during the night it is dangerous.
